“Linklaters was actively recruiting on campus in Leiden when I studied for my Masters in Dutch Civil Law. I first heard about the firm while I was studying in Rotterdam, but it was at Leiden where I learnt more about Linklaters from other students. When I read a Linklaters brochure it was obvious that this was a firm unlike any other: completing innovative transactions for prominent global clients as well as leading deals from the Netherlands. The friendly yet ambitious culture really attracted me and I soon decided this was the place to start my career alongside some incredibly talented lawyers. I can definitely say that I’ve not been disappointed.

After completing an internship and joining the Global Summer Student Programme, I decided to join Linklaters full-time. I’ve also had the opportunity to complete my induction in London alongside other lawyers from around the world. So far, I’ve played a central role in pioneering Dutch deals, and have enjoyed the global exposure that Linklaters has been able to offer me too. My responsibilities continue to grow so fast, ensuring I become a more complete lawyer every day.
